2 variations of a 30 minute class working on strength, flexibility, and breathing to help boost both physical and mental wellbeing. These classes include a combination of stretch, tone, power, flow and release.

BODY CONDITIONING 

1, 2 & 3 

3 different 45 minute class combining cardio and strength based exercises to upbeat music, focusing on a variety of muscle groups to improve fitness and tone up. These classes are suitable for all abilities and can be adapted for all fitness levels.

INSANITY

1 & 2

2 different 30 minute insanity workouts focusing on working at an intense pace with rest intervals in between. These classes help to improve endurance and aerobic fitness, alongside building strength and burning fat. Two ability options are available making Insanity class suitable for everyone.

HIIT AND ABS 

 

30 minute high energy class working on stamina and endurance . This class focuses on high intensity intervals of exercise followed by rest periods. The class has a beginners and advanced option so is suitable for all fitness abilities.

BOOTY BLAST

30 minute intense glute class with option to add resistance band and weights.  This class will target and activate all muscle groups within your glutes. 

AB ATTACK

Short and intense 20 minute ab burner which can done on its own or after another class/ workout as a finisher. Different combinations of exercises targeting all abdominal areas.

CARDIO BLAST 

Low impact full body workout focusing mainly on cardio based exercises. 45 minute class broken into sections each with 4 exercises. These can be adapted to increase intensity.

HIIT

An intense full body HIIT workout with 30 seconds working and 15 seconds rest. This class is 45 minutes allowing you to burn a high number of calories. This workout is a killer.
